Unless otherwise agreed and noted, all equipment sold is quoted FOB Cashman and all equipment purchased is quoted delivered to Cashman. Loading, unloading, transportation, insurance, and installation or removal are all the responsibility of the purchaser or seller.
Unless otherwise agreed and noted, all equipment is sold as is, where is, and no warranty is stated or implied. All returns will be subject to a restocking charge no less than 50% of the original purchase price.
Cashman reserves the right to withhold all or part of any payments pending inspection and determination of condition of equipment being purchased.

Putting a market value on the machine.
Writing and presenting a formal offer to seller.
Arrangements are made for payment to seller.
Transport is scheduled or machine is picked up.

*All payment terms, logistics, trade values, and repairs are negotiable between Cashman Equipment and the seller per machine, per seller, per transaction.
